Extra Processors on DL360 G3??

I have install W2K server on a new Proliant DL360 G3 2.8Ghz. The machine has both processors installed. When I look at the TASK MANAGER it shows up that there are 4 processors installed. In the Computer manager under system information it also shows that 4 processors have been installed. I seen this on 2 different servers.Is this a known fault?? any advise??

This is due to the Hyperthreading technology .
