F1 prompt on server reboot

After a BIOS update I have servers going to a "F1 or F10 to continue..." prompt on reboot.
Will disabling this feature cause the server to bypass all HW issues and boot to the operating system? Example - bad memory chips, bad keyboard issues, etc.

Randy:

If you disbale the F1 prompt and a serious error crops up, the F1 prompt will return.

Any time you make a hardware change to the system you need to save the configuration.
