F1 to continue or F10 to entre utility partition.

Hi,
I already load the O.S Windows 2000 Server from the MS CD, after that I load The software into the SmartStart CD rel. 5.50 but after this, began to appears the followsing messages:

F1 to continue and F10 to do system utitlites
I don´t know why, why this message began to appears on screen at the boot time? If i press F1 or F10 the O.S WIndows begin with out problem.

I checked the boot and detected that follwing message appeared: 1615 power supply failure.

Therefore, i conected the second PS and the message disapperars. I never thought that the lack of the power source could produce the message.

Could you help with the following or I must top open other rquest?

How can I installed the Utility partition if I have already installed the O.S? I don´t want to destroy my O.S..

Bad news:
there is no way (At least I didn't find one yet) to install the system partition once the OS is installed.
Creating the system partition is usually the first step after initial configuration.
The good news:
Usually you will not need it, if you have a copy of your SmartStart CD at hand.
The Service partition just holds some basic utilities for system configuration, firmware update and remote access.
