FAN1 failure causes system not to boot

We have a FAN1 failure and we cannot boot the system. After the POST the system displays FAN failure and causes the system to shutdown. We have switched fans (fan3 to fan1) but gives not the desired result. Does anybody knows how to trick the system to boot. We get the fans in approx. 2 days but we need the server now, of course ! thx in advance

Sorry , no way to get around the fan failure , doing so may cause damage to other components in the server .
