FW Compaq Smart Array 3x00 Controller

Hello,

there is a problem updating the array controller to 4.50:
"The Array Controller ROM update failed in slot 4.
Old Rom Version : 4.32 New Rom Version 4.50
The firmware needs to be 4.40 or newer for Online Romflash to succeed"
I googled for FW 4.40, but can't find it anywhere! So what should I do?

I believe you would have to use the ROMPaq on a floppy disk to manually update this, rather than using the online installation?

Usually downloadable from the Software & Drivers pages for that server..

As Craig say, you need to use "Options ROMPaq For Array Controllers"

You need diskette 1 only.
