Fan Failure Detected
I've got the msg below:
"1611-I/O Fan (Fan3) Failure Detected"
Until i'll receive my new one, how can I disable this %$#@ to make my server boot up normaly?? (is it in the BIOS? If yes, how can I go in? F10??)

Switch #3 & 4 = ON
If not, make 3 & 4 ON, then let me know if this fixes the POST error preventing booting (hangs at POST, or powers itself off 5 sec after displaying message?)
I am assuming of course that all fans ARE connected ok...

Any amber LEDs? Try reseating fans.
