Fan control lost

Just upgraded a DL380 from Nt 4.0 to Windows 2000 Advanced server , now the fan just runs flat out.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Did you load the Compaq SupportPaq for Win2K? This includes proper drivers for such features as the dual-speed fans...
