Fan failure

The system reports a fan failure and the amber light is on although the fan is spinning.

CPQHLTH: Fan failure detected
CPQHLTH: Sytem fans are no longer redundant

This happens intermittently every days or so. Reseating the fan returns the system to a normal state. This is always Fan 1 - CPU. The fan has been replaced but the error still occurs. This exact condition has also occured on another ML-530 with the same configuration.

I have the same reports on an new ml530 i change the fan and cable from fan to mother bord but the error still occurs
