Fans don't stop after system boot.

Hello,

I have a problem with a ML150 G3 Server.

The fan does not slow down after boot.

 

Someone can halp me?

This is usually if there is an internal fan fault and the system goes into a 'safety' mode to compensate for the failed fan or the side panel is either not correctly located or the switch that detects the presence of a side panel is faulty.
