Fatal entries in ADUreport serial log Slot0

Trying to work out what the entries in the serial log (slot0.txt) are about, here's a snippet. Seems to be every two minutes that the entries appear. The longer the server is up for the more entries there are each time and after a few days the server grinds to a halt until it's rebooted although that may not be related to these entries.

Can't attach ADUreport but it's a P420i/Zero with firmware 8.00, was doing the same with older firmware.
