Re: Few Observations/Questions and Understanding requires
@Cali Thanks Got "Format Embedded Flash and reset iLO" button.
If I format should my iLO settings also effective or any other circumstances if i format? As this server is in production and data virtual machines are running on the server.
Another question is remaining Firmware of "Power Management Controler Firmware" and "Power Management Controller Firmware Bootloader" is showing 0.0 ?

Re: Few Observations/Questions and Understanding requires
I did this Format a lot, always Online (ESX), and never see an impact.
And iLO never loses the Settings.
Sometimes it helps and sometimes not.
Here is an Advisory:

For the Power mgmt, try to Update:

Re: Few Observations/Questions and Understanding requires
This is the CIF Driver needed:
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_83a89463571746c5b2fb8c3afc
And for NAND, if Remove Power (wait 1 minute) did not help after format, the NAND is Physical defect.
Since it is soldered on the Mainboard only a change of the Mainboard does help.
If you have a valid Support Contract no problem, if not you have to live with it. ☹

Re: Few Observations/Questions and Understanding requires
Have you tried resetting the ILo from ILO RBSU ?
Reboot the server, During POST at the time of ILO initialization press F8 to boot to ILO RBSU.
Reset the ILO from there and verify.
If this also fails, open a warranty case for further assistance / part replacement.
