Fibre Channel Error
I'm seeing the message
The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqfcalm1, is not ready for access yet.
I see this in the data.

Anyone know what this is?

Re: Fibre Channel Error
Try installing latest driver from FC card vendor website, updating card's firmware. Check FC connections: cable, switch/hub. Rebooting hub or switch may cause these events (when rebooted they will not light into tube). If you have more FC cards installed in the server check if they have the same issue
