Dear Community Members,
I recently performed a Service Pack update on my HP Dl360 G5 server and updated which included a firmware update on its four (4) HP 300 GB 10K SAS drives . All seeme to go well.. Three (3) drives (model HP EG0300FBDSP) were updated to firmware code HPD6. However one dirve (model HP DG0300BAHZQ) did not update and remains at firmware code HPD3.
Maybe that one drive is older than the other three. Is this OK ? How can I update just that one drive ? Should I boot to the SPP and rerun in Offline mode and "FORCE" another hard drive firmware update?
Not sure what to do with a single disk where the firmware is not in sync with the others. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
