Firmware/Software support under warranty

hi all, having trouble getting clarity from my HP VAR on this.  I know that the firmware policy changed in Feb 2014, but i need to know if i have existing servers that are covered by a carepack for 4 hour response am i also covered for software, bios and firmware updates with this care pack.  I'm getting conflicting information.

Yeah, if you have a valid Warranty/Contract on your server you should link this to your HP Passport. This will allow you download updates.
