Firmware Upgradation

Hi friends,
I have HP Prolaint DL380 G6 server,installed Win2003 operating system.I have no idea about upgradation of firmware on HP server.Anybody please tell me how i can update the firmware of all components of server.Is their any procedure of firmware upgradation on HP server? or Any documentation.
Please Help.

hi,

there are several ways how to do it,

most used is :

1 - offline firmware cd-rom

2 - online - from OS ( Windows .... )

here you will find the firmware for your server type :
