Firmware Upgrade procedures for DL380/G4 + MSA20

I have the above server + array.

Now I need to upgrade the PC firmware + Smart Array firmware + MSA20 firmware.

Is there any particular order or procedure?

I think I need to download the Firmware Maintenance CD (490Mb!) to make it all work. Then the 3 small CP000123.EXE files. And then run them from the CD image?

I hope I don't brick anything given this has all our company data on it!

whats is this "PC firmware"?

Firmware CD is a great idea BTW latest is 8.1 version something else what are those CP000123.EXE files?

PC firmware = server firmware
