Firmware doesnt have USB Support

I have compaq proliant 1850R server. Under device manager, I see this message for the device Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host :

Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)

How can I upgrade the bios ?

Thanks
Amit

Re: Firmware doesnt have USB Support

Hi, to upgrade the bios you need to go to:
http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/index.html
Then select you model and the operating system. Then chose the system/bios option and download the sp for your system. Sp20622. Hope this will help.

Re: Firmware doesnt have USB Support

Hello Amit,
First of all we do not support USB on this Server. Secondly, you may have to clear NVRAM and if you need assistance to clear it please contact our Tech Support by calling 1-800-652-6672 and make sure you have the S.No of the server available.
Regards,
