Firmware update DL560

Hi All,

I have tried to deploy firmware (SP28841) in DL360 server. But I can't. When I have installed firmware that time showing below error massage:

"Flash programming locked cold boot of system is necessary to unlock, Correct administrator password is necessary if one has been set."

Could you please help me any one who I can resolve this regards.

Hi,

I would recommend checking the switch configuration to ensure it is default that is all Off for System Configuration Switch SW2.

Also,are you upgrading it remotely or locally.
