Firmware update Emulex

I want to update the firmware and bios for the Emulex HBA.I have downloaded the hbanyware utility. What is the recommended method ??
Whcih one i need to update first ?? Firmware or Boot ?? Also from where can i get the Bios ??
Part number for the card is A8002A.

That is a HP branded Emulex card (LPe1150). HP and Emulex suggest that you should use HP for the source of the drivers and firmware.

We use Emulux drivers for our HBA's but that is the suggestion of our SAN vendor (EMC), not HP. YMMV for support if you are attaching that HBA to an HP SAN with Emulex drivers.
