Flakey COM1
I have 2 brand new DL 380's and the COM1 ports are sometimes working, but mostly not. I'm at my wits end at trying to troubleshoot this. Has anyone had a problem like this before. I have to think it's an inherent problem since it's occuring on both machines.

Re: Flakey COM1
hi
try going into the ilo
into administration
into global settings
and then change the Serial Command Line Interface Status to disabled
we had problems with modems attached to the com port until this was done
