Flash Programming locked

I try to update bios for compaq server prolinat ml370 I have error message ( Flash Programming locked! cold boot of system is necessary to unlock.
Correct administrator password is neccessary if one has been set.)
How can I solve this problem

Pls check for dipswitch which helps to unlock the bios upgradation

On the inside of the side panel of the server you should find a diagram of all system board components.

My ML370 G5 shows 13 as System Maintenance switch (SW1) and S2 is the dip you need to check.
