Floppy drive on ML350

Is there a particular option that needs setting to enable this?
We have 2 x G3 versions of these and the drives will not work on either. I have looked through the BIOS but cannot see anything obvious. The drives and cables themselves seem fine as I have tested these with a workstation and you can boot on the drives.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Stephen:

Have you tried entering RBSU (press F9 when prompted during power up) and selecting the making sure the floppy drive appears before the hard disk drive in Boot Controller Order?

It does show it there. However, I remember that there was another screen that showed items that were installed and it did not appear there. The floppy drive cannot be seen within DOS or Windows 2000 or 2003 at all.

Accordin to Chapter 5 of this manual:
http://h200006.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/UCR/SupportManual/TPM_201345-001/TPM_201345-001.pdf
there are 2 places in RBSU where this might be caused: the one I mentioned in my last post and under System Options/Standard Boot Order.
