Force removal/uninstall of HP Insight Management Agents

Is there any way to FORCE removal/uninstall of HP Insight Management Agents running on a Windows 2003? (delete in registry, remove files etc)

I have virtualized a ProLiant server with VMware Converter (I was not allowed to remove anything before P2V) and when I try to uninstall HP Insight Management Agents the uninstall hangs for several minutes and then I get "Service 'HP Insight Servers Agents' (CqMgServer) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services."

All other HP* software was possible to remove.
