Foundation Agent errors in eventlog

I receive errors that the foundation agents failed to start
Event ID: 267 and 270
The solution should be to add the ip 127.0.0.1 to the list of Accept SNMP packets from. But when i change that as described, it still doesn't work (after a reboot).
