Foundation Agents Error

I have a DL380 running Windows 2000 Advanced Server that is part of a 2-node print cluster. After recently rebooting this server, two warnings appear in the system event log, event ID 267 and 270:

The Compaq Foundation Agents service could not start agent "CPQMHOST". The data contains the error code.
0000: 02 01 00 00 ....

The Compaq Foundation Agents service could not terminate agent "CPQMHOST". The data contains the error code.
0000: 02 01 00 00 ....

All of the agents are started. I can still pull up the management web agent home page and log on with the administrator account, however when clicking on the agent button it only loads the top left frame (with the condition legend). Neither restarting the agents or rebooting the server cleared up this error. Any ideas?

Here is the fix:
Go to the SNMP settings and make sure that your accepting SNMP packets from the loopback ip (127.0.0.1). After adding this IP restart the agents and you should be good to go ;)
