Foundation Agents

I've an error in the event log:
Event ID 267 - The Compaq Foundation Agents could not start agent "CPQMHOST". The data contains the error code.
Data: 0000: 00000102
The Agents are 4.40 version, I've tried to uninstall and install again to 4.40 or 4.90 and found out the same error.

What NT 4.0 SSD did you install? Was that installed AFTER the latest NT Service Pack?

So what is the correct Insight Manager Agent 4.90 installation order?
Is it SSD, NT SP, Agents? NT SP, SSD, Agents? Or is it something different.
I have tried it both ways and I still get the CPQMHOST error and device inaccesable in the CIM console. I have also installed the 4.90B server agent and done the localhost/read write SNMP fix, all to no avail.

Just trying to clarify the situation.
