Foundation agents cpq

Hi

I have a problem with the foundation agents being loaded on NT 4 server from the management CD v4.90 in the event log I receive 2 errors:
267 fail to load "cpqmhost"
270 fail to terminate "cpqmhost"

I have uninstalled the management agents and re installed, applied sp6a but no luck I keep getting this message on boot up.
Also I cannot connect to the server from Insight manager from a remote machine - it keeps saying device is in accessible.

Any one know any solution.

Did you install our NT 4.0 SSD (current version) from Smartstart 4.90 before the agents?

Hi Rakesh

I had the same problem. The solution is on the Compaq FAQ's number 2324.
You only have to add the localhost IP 127.0.0.1 to the SNMP Configuration under "Accept SNMP Packets these HOSTS" and the errors are gone...
