FreeBSD on DL360 G3, fan speed control

Is there any way to control the fanspeed of a DL360 G3 under FreeBSD?
The new G3's are making such a noise that we are actually considering switching to a different server provider. We are extremely satisfied with FreeBSD so any suggestions to run another os will be ignored. This does not mean that we are dissatisfied with our HP servers, its just that we rather replace all our hardware then port all of our software.

Any suggestions or similar experiences are appreciated.
