FreeBSD reboot / shutdown problem.

FreeBSD reboot / shutdown problem.

We have a DL360 G4 server (Smart Array 6i / SCSI) - installed FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE

Install worked - but when you run:

shutdown -r now

... the server does shutdown but then hangs and does not reboot.

Any ideas?

switch off all advance power managment
bios and OS
