FreeDOS Loading won't continue iLo upgrade

Hi,

I've put the ROMPAQ for the iLo upgrade of my DL160 machine on a USB stick and put it in the server. It did boot the USB stick but would never go any further than:

"Loading FREEdos"

Any suggetions how to get this working OR other methods to update the firmware of iLo?

We don't have an advanced license yet, and the currently available trial key already expires before you can use it.

I hope someone can help us. It's now on a shared port and after a POWER cycle it only stays up for 1 or 2 days.. :(
