Freezing and rebooting

I have got a Proliant ML370 running Back Office 4.5 which keeps freezing and rebooting every 30 minutes. The error message I am getting is 0X0000000a(0xc0c80a3a,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x8010a8a2)

Has anyone else had this problem

Run DIAGS on memory : it looks like you have a faulty module
