From HP Forum
Hello,
I have ML350 G4p with 4 SATA hard drives - 3 in RAID5 and one extra for hot-swap. HP Storage Manger shows 3 as optimal and 1 as ready, but there's no HDD light activity at all (it's a file server with constant moderate load). Rebooting, swapping the drives/rebuilding the array does not change anything... and the server is of course still operational :)
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
