GL380 GEN10 Server Critical Fault

Proliant DL380 Gen10 indicate Server Critical Fault
(Service Information: Power On fault, Memory, Processor 1 Memory Channels 4-6 (01h))  This error have been showen on the ilo logs the last time powred on.

Now after powring on, the server shutdown itself off immediatly and the front panel lights flash in a pattern of three flashes, pause, repeating.
I am tring at least to recover the data, i pluged the Raid bay on a gen9 server, but this last shows a raid controller version incompatibility.

Please advice.

Re: GL380 GEN10 Server Critical Fault

Hello,

Please do try the below.

1. Please do reseat the components on the server
2. Update to the latest BIOS
3. Perform memory remapping

Procedure

1. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > MemoryOptions > Memory Remap.
2.Select a setting.

•Remap All Memory—Makes all memory in the system available again on the next boot.

3.Save your setting.

If the issue perists, this might be a hardware issue.
