Thanks for the help guys.

I gave up on Intelligent Provisioning as mentioned previosuly. I managed to setup RAID and ILO. All kinds of issues with the USB. No utility worked. NTFS most likely being the problem. I used CLI to prepare the pendrive in FAT32 and copied over all files from the ISO. The only way I can install the OS now is through ILO, which is acceptable for me.
