Re: Gen10 System Reset without manual intervene
Hello,
I hope all is well.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
- Update the Bios with the latest 2.32
- Update the SPS firmware & Innovation Engine (IE ) firmware with the latest.
- Update the iLO5 firmware. ( however no fix related to the reported issue)
- Set the Workload profile to ‘High-Performance Compute’ and monitor the server.
b)If the issue persists, Set the Workload profile to ‘Virtualization – Max Performance’ and monitor the server.
OR
Set workload profiles as High-Performance Compute (HPC) in RBSU. Please refer below screenshot.
