Hi RSmith_20,
Requesting you to remove and reseat the DIMM properly and check if the server is giving display.
Also try to change the VGA cable and check.
Ensure to use the supported spares as per server quick specs and spare parts document .
If the issue persist ,you may need to log a support case with HPE as need more investigation including log analysis .
