Get Post Message Serial Port BL460c

Hi,

I try to retrieve Post message by the serial port on the HP Cable on A BL460c.
I use a VT100 console (reflexion X) 9600bauds / 8bit/ without parity / 1 stop bit.
It doesn't work.
I've checked the Bios, and Serial port look to be active.
Where I'm I wrong?
