Get Smart array / BIOS firmware versions from iLO4
Case 1 :
I'm trying to get Smart Array firmware version from iLO cli. Tried the below command and it returns swid 1-12 which doesn't have Smart Array firmare. Most of the cases i'm able to get this value from system1/swid13
show -all system1/swid*
More details about the server
More info :
ProLiant DL360 Gen9
/system1/firmware1
version=P89
date=05/06/2015
/map1/firmware1
version=2.20
date=May 20 2015
Case 2:
In this case the same command returned only 1 firmware which is swid1 (iLO)
More details :
ProLiant DL360 Gen9
/system1/firmware1
version=P89
date=09/13/2016
/map1/firmware1
version=2.50
date=Sep 23 2016
name=iLO 4
I would like to know why these behaviours are different? Is there any better way to get these values from iLO cli?
