Getting the TFT5600 RKM to show the display of the selected server.

OK, maybe I woke up stupid this morning, but I can't seem to get anyhting to appear on the LCD of the TFT5600 RKM attached through the KVM switch to several ProLiant DL380 servers. The server name appears as it should at the very top, cneter of the display, but nothing but blankness below. What am I missing?

1) first of all, try another monitor and monitor cable.
2) if you woke up stupid, go to bed again an pray it will be gone tomorrow. Let a colleague do your work ;)))

The mystery deepens. The console will display one of the servers just fine, but when I switch it to the others, it's blank screen time. I appreciate your humor, or your attempt at it at any rate, but I think I'll wait for another response. Happy Independence Day!

Hi,

is independence day a business day in USA? (I don't know, because i am from germany)

Did you run the 'scan'-task of the KVM-Menu? It will automatically find all connected servers.
