Global Hot Spare configuration

Hi,

I am pretty new to this and using this forum for the first time. I have a technical query w.r.t global hot spare. We have one DL380 with 8 disks and its RAID configuration is as below. Now the requirement is to configure disk 8 as global hot spare for all 3 RAIDs, could you help to know the possibility and steps to do

disk 1 & 2 - RAID 1+0
disk 3 & 4 - RAID 1+0
disk 5 & 6 & 7 - RAID 5
disk 8 - spare.
