H220/H222 HBA in DL320s or to a MSA60 for ZFS - Midplane compatibility?

Hello,

I'd like to build up a ZFS storage box based on the above HW. In theory it should work with these newer HBA's, but I can't locate any info on the expanders in these boxes. Is anyone privy to the inner workings of these expanders?

The H220/H222 is in fact a LSI SAS9205-8i. I would check out their website and look for compatibility, since I guess you have already strayed from the HP-supported path.
