HBA diskette of ML370 G3 and DL380 G3 is not working

HBA diskette of ML370 G3 and DL380 G3 is not working

for my DL380 G3 and ML370 G3 I planned to install SCO Unixware 7.1.1
I have downloaded the EFS dan upgrade the BIOS Firmaware.
From The EFS I have got HBA diskette which needed during installation
However, the diskette was not working and on screen said : error when mounting device
Please help if there is suggestion
