HDD Not detected on bios (Hp ProLiant Dl20 Gen 9)

Our pc is forced reset after that we turn on the pc but when we look at the bios hard drive it is not detected. 

has anyone experienced this and what is the solution

please let us know :

1. If you made any recent changes ( any H/W changes or firmware / driver update ?

2. what Controller are you using , what RAID ?
