HDD Problem

Hi

I have some problem with HDD ditail that reported

I use 3*146 15K on  HP DL380 G5 and raid this 3 disk by P410 . now on windows and on HP Managment  this 3 disk reported  146*10K .  

what should I do to recive correct report of my disk ?
