Hello Micheal,

1) Change monitor.
2) Change Cable.
3) By pass KVM (if Any)
If still no results...
4) Replace System board.
(also check if you can PING the server)

Re: HELP HP Proliant ML350 Black Screen

Thats quite "POSSIBLE" Micheal.

The Embedded Graphics Card Died on you !

Call HP support to have the system board replaced.

James.

Thanks.

The embedded graphics card is not even in use. We have an external PCI-X card with NIC on it

I will change the PCI-X graphics card and see if that makes any difference. I wonder though how that will affect accessing the server using remote desk top

hi

"4. All services are up and running."

how do you know this? are computers using resources from this server?

if you have a PCI video card, have you tried using the embedded one?
