Any recent hardware changes?
If new processor(s) have been installed, verify that they're the correct type for this server. Also check the BIOS firmware release notes: sometimes a processor upgrade requires flashing a new BIOS too, if your current BIOS version is old.
If there are no hardware changes, it might be a hardware fault in a processor or the system board. If you have a hardware support agreement, contact your support and let them solve this one.
If you don't have a support agreement, is the server still under warranty?
