When we boot the system where does the boot process stop..........(message)

1:Did the rebuild process complete ?

2:Boot using smartstart and check the array status using ACU...............

The system started the ASR but never gave an indication of completion. After stating Recovery in Progress the system immediatley starts scanning for SCSI drives and after about 2 minutes it fails and then tries 2 more times to rescan for the scsi. After the 3rd scan it says NO SSCI DRIVES INSTALLED, NO SCSI BIOS INSTALLED and then tries to boot from cd, A:drive or PXE. The message then states error loading OS and to restart system. After system is restarted we were able to get into the config screen to view the array setup and checked the array and the logical drive shows that it is ok and shows us what HDs are loaded but when you esc out of that screen the system contines to try and boot and we get back to the same old NO SCSI issue. Will try loading from Smartstart and see what happens. Thanks for your help.
