HP 380 g6 hard disk lock up state

Hi,
I have HP 380 G6 with 5520 x 2, 16GB Ram, 5 x 250GB SATA HDD. Today morning, my servers restarted unexpectedly and now one of the server display this msg "Hard Disks in Lockup State".It does not move from there. What does this means? How to get it out of it?

You can be offline diagnostics test.
