PCI CARD on slot 5 - AJ764-63002 (SP P/N 489191 -001)

Hi,

Sometime a power recycle will help (Power off->unlugged the power cable for few minutes then replug and power on the server)

Additonally you should do following and see the status:

Install latest version of HPE Agentless Management Service.
Update ILO4 Firmware to latest.
