HP 82B HBA on DL380 G7 and Windows 2012 R2.

We have extreme difficulties getting HP 82B HBA which is the Brocade 825 HBA working on DL380 G7, G8 servers with Windows 2012 R2. Has anyone installed this HBA and is it functional?? Do we need to upgrade BIOS of the server to get this working???
